The Advanced Program in Leadership in the Digital Era by IIM Lucknow is designed to help working professionals with minimum 8 years of experience adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment of leadership role. It will equip working professionals with leadership skills needed to lead themselves, their fellow employees, and translate that knowledge into forming effective team collaboration.
For organizations to achieve their goals and keep employees satisfied, it is important that the leaders and mentors have the skills and confidence to make the right decisions. The Advanced Program in Leadership in the Digital Era will provide the tools, concepts, skills, and perspectives required to motivate future leaders in developing strategic responses to new opportunities.

- Six-day On-Campus components: 3 days near course commencement and three days towards the culmination of the course at IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus.
Proficiency in English, spoken and written, is mandatory. There are two ways for admission to this course. Applicants that have a minimum of 8 years of experience will have to clear an online self-assessment test. The application fee for the online assessment is Rs.1500 + GST or USD 25, and it is non-refundable. Applicants that can pass the evaluation will be able to enroll in the course. However, for applicants with over 20 years of experience, applications will be on a case-to-case basis.
For Indian Participants:
Graduates (10+2+3) or diploma holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university with a minimum experience of 18 years are eligible to apply for the Advanced Program in Leadership in the Digital Era course.
For International Participants:
The minimum eligibility criteria is a graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized university from their respective countries.
The cost of this program for Indian residents is Rs. 2,50,000+ GST and USD 4950 for international participants.
Participants can fill the fee in four installments where the first two installments will be Rs. 55,000 + GST or USD 1100 each, and the last two installments will be of Rs. 70,000 + GST or USD 1375 each.
The Advanced Program in Leadership in the Digital Era from IIM Lucknow is a 9-month course that also has two on-campus interventions of three days each, which will take place at the IIM Lucknow Noida campus.
The primary method of instruction is online live lectures, which participants can take via the internet through their desktop/laptops or classrooms. There will be a balanced mixture of lectures, live corporate examples, discussions, and case studies during the course.
A minimum of 75% attendance to the LIVE lectures is a prerequisite for completing this course. There will be various periodic evaluations throughout the course in the form of a quiz, case studies, assignment, project, or objective/subjective assessments.

Module 4: Two on-campus visits of three days each.
This course is not for freshers. Only professionals with at least eight years of experience can apply for the course since the course units only focus on evolving leadership dynamics in the digital era.
