·        Graduation must have been completed at least 2 years prior to the date of application.

The Chitkara University’s Online MBA in Human Resource Management has been designed to impart the participants with in-depth knowledge and understanding of various HR Management trends, best practices, and their application in real world business scenarios.

The program will begin by delivering deep-level know-how of Talent Acquisition, Cross-Cultural Management, Performance Appraisal & Management, Organizational Behavior & HR, and Business Communication.

Participants will be then taught about Learning & Development, Strategic HRM, Compensation & Benefits, Strategic Management, and Managerial Economics during the second semester.
