• Applicants should have a Master’s Degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Those with a Bachelor’s Degree must necessarily have a minimum of Five (5) years of work experience to apply for the program.

The Golden Gate University’s Doctor of Business Administration Program has been developed to provide the participants with a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding of contemporary strategic issues and practices.
The program curriculum has a three-tiered approach, where participants learn about the current theories, practices, and issues in business, get trained in research methods, and are also made to study the relationships between business and social and global issues.
The program begins with Foundation Courses, i.e., Doctoral Research & Writing, Quantitative Research Methods, and Qualitative Research, followed by a Qualitative Exam. Participants are then required to choose any one of the Concentration Courses among Finance (Corporate Finance, Financial Theory and Applications, and International Finance), Marketing (Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing & New Media), Leadership & Strategy (Leadership Theory, Research and Application, Strategic Leadership, and Leading Complex Change), Business Analytics (Managing Data as an Asset, Operations Performance Management, and Application of AI in Solving Business Problems), and General.
Besides the Foundation and Concentration Courses, participants will also work on a Final Dissertation of overall 32 credits.
