Course details

The Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from the XLRI course will last six months and is offered on a flexible basis so that you can study around work or other responsibilities. It’ll introduce students to theories around technology, data, HR Analytics, and HR strategy and practice. It’ll also cover issues relating to staffing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, talent management and employment law.
You’ll develop your analytical and critical thinking skills, so you can put these theories into practice and solve real life HR issues in your workplace. The course will also improve your research skills, so you can put together a scientific research report that examines HR issues facing your organization, and offer valuable suggestions on how to tackle them.

For both participants, proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Indian participants: graduation (10+2+3)  or diploma holders (only 10+2+3) in any discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the HR field. For non-HR managers, a minimum of 4 years of work experience and a plan to shift to HR roles.
International participants: graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the field of HR. For non-HR managers, a minimum of 4 years of work experience and a career shift to HR roles or roles that involve people management responsibility.

Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI costs Rs 1,07,500 + GST for Indian participants and USD 2300 for international participants.
Participants can fill the program fee in three installments:
1st Installment: INR 35,000 +GST or USD 750
2nd Installment: INR 35,000 +GST or USD 750
3rd Installment: INR 37,500 +GST or USD 800

The program will last six months, with one class each weekend. All the lectures will be through online mode, where students can connect via Talentedge’s direct-to-device platform, and XLRI’s HR faculty will take all the lessons and case discussions.
