The Leadership and Change Management Executive Development Program help participants develop their understanding of the challenges, techniques, burdens, and leadership potential associated with initiating, implementing, and driving significant organizational changes.
The course is beneficial for Mid to Senior level Marketing & Sales Professionals, Division or Department Heads, and HR Managers. It is also an excellent course for Entrepreneurs, Department/Business Unit Heads, and Project/Program Management professionals who want to drive meaningful change, guide their organization through changes challenges, and develop the skills to become a resourceful and creative leaders.

Education:
For Indian Participants –
Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline.
For International Participants – 
Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience before the course start date.

Executive Development Program In Leadership & Change Management from XLRI costs Rs 80,000 + GST for Indian participants and USD 1750 for international participants.
Participants can fill the program fee in three installments:
• 1st Installment: INR 30,000 +GST or USD 700
• 2nd Installment: INR 20,000 +GST or USD 350
• 3rd Installment: INR 30,000 +GST or USD 700
The program fee is payable in three installments; students will be charged a late fee in the event of late payment of one or subsequent installments. All the due dates for installments will be published on the installment schedule. The charges will be levied as follows:
• Late fee of Rs.1000 + Tax will be charged if the installment is paid within seven days from the due date.
• Late fee of Rs.2500 + Tax will be charged if the installment is paid between 8 days from the due date to within 14 days from the due date.
• If the installment is not received within 14 days from the due date, the participant will be considered a dropout and must pay a rejoining Fee of Rs.5000 + tax.

The program will last five months, with lectures on Fridays from 07.30 pm to 10.00 pm IST (2.5 hrs). All the lectures will be through LIVE online mode, and XLRI’s HR faculty will take all the lessons and case discussions.
