Course details
In the Executive Program in Supply Chain Management During Uncertain Times from IIM Lucknow, participants will take a proven, interdisciplinary approach to understand designing and managing the supply chain.
The course will incorporate management, strategy, and marketing. All the participants will learn real-world challenges of managing facilities, inventories, logistics, information, outsourcing, transportation, complex networks, and more.
Participants will develop skills for integrating the supply chain into a coordinated system and learn how to identify supply chain risks and design mitigation strategies. You’ll leave equipped with new knowledge and tools for integrating strategy, planning, and operations to increase service levels and reduce costs.

Proficiency in English, spoken and written, is mandatory. There are two ways for admission to this course. Applicants that have a minimum of 2 years of experience will have to clear an online self-assessment test.
The application fee for the online assessment is Rs.1500 + GST or USD 25, and it is non-refundable. Applicants that can pass the evaluation will be able to enroll in the course. However, for applicants with over 20 years of experience, selections will be on a case-to-case basis.
For Indian Participants:
Graduates (10+2+3) or diploma holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply for the Advanced Program in Strategic Management for Business Excellence from IIM Lucknow.
For International Participants:
The minimum eligibility criteria, graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized university from their respective countries.

The Executive Program in Supply Chain Management During Uncertain Times from IIM Lucknow costs INR 1,95,000 + GST for Indian participants and USD 3900 for international participants. There will be an application processing fee of INR 1,500 + GST/ USD 25.
Participants can fill the program fee in four installments:
1st Installment: INR 45,000 + GST or USD 900
2nd Installment: INR 40,000 + GST or USD 800
3rd Installment: INR 60,000 + GST or USD 1200
4th Installment: INR 50,000 + GST or USD 1000
The program fee is payable in four installments, and students will be charged a late fee in the event of late payment of one or subsequent installments. All the due dates for installments will be made available on the installment schedule. The charges will be levied as follows:
• A Late fee of Rs. 1000 + Tax will be charged if the installment is paid within seven days from the due date.
• A Late fee of Rs. 2500 + Tax will be charged if the installment is paid between 8 days from the due date to within 14 days from the due date.
• If the installment is not received within 14 days from the due date, the participant will be considered a dropout and must pay a rejoining fee of Rs. 5000 + tax.
The Executive Program in Supply Chain Management During Uncertain Times from IIM Lucknow is a 9 months course, and the classes will take place on Sundays from 10.00 a.m. to 01.15 p.m. IST (3 Hours).
This program also includes a capstone project and three days of on-campus intervention, which will take place at IIM Lucknow.
